The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to all orders via our online shop. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only effective if we confirm them in writing.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email. The purchase contract has already been concluded by clicking on the order button.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English. The contract text is not stored by us.
4. Terms of delivery
In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the shipping costs from the offers. Dates and delivery times in the order confirmation are non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The specification of certain delivery times and delivery dates by Bonsana AG is subject to the correct and timely delivery of Bonsana AG by suppliers and manufacturers. You also have the option of picking up at Bonsana AG, Lohwisstrasse 32, 8123 Ebmatingen, Switzerland during the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
Purchase by invoice with partial payment option
As an external payment provider, MF Group/MF Group offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview. When a purchase agreement is made, MF Group takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC, MF Group’s GTC. (mfgroup.ch/en/agb).
6. Transport damage
Complaints regarding damage, delay, loss or poor packaging must be reported to us immediately after receipt of the goods.
7. Warranties and guarantees
Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory warranty applies.
The information in our sales documents (drawings, illustrations, dimensions, weights and other services) are only to be understood as guidelines and do not constitute an assurance of properties, unless they are expressly designated as binding in writing.
Warranty claims become statute-barred [1 year and for consumers 2 years] after their delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. If the instructions for use are not followed, any guarantee is void insofar as the defect can be attributed to this. This also applies if the defect is due to improper use, storage and handling. Insignificant deviations from guaranteed properties of the goods do not trigger any warranty rights. Liability for normal wear and tear and consumables / accessories is excluded. Warranty claims against Bonsana AG are only available to the direct buyer and are not transferable.
